The Causes of Snoring

I'm want to share with you the causes of snoring. A lot of people are aware of the condition, but they really don't understand what makes it happen. It's sort of like an enigma because if they knew the problem, they would probably figure out a way to solve it. Let's just say you'll probably be a little surprised.

The truth is that you have this loose tissue in the back of your throat. It's basically adenoids and tonsils. Normally you won't experience a snoring sound while you're wide awake because your breathing patterns are much different. When you fall asleep, your breathing starts to change. It will get slower and resonate with the tissue in the back of your throat. As it does this, you end up with the snoring sound.

People have obviously gone to the extreme and had this tissue removed from their body. I think that is a little bit extreme for most people.

These causes of snoring are definitely a problem for some and not for others. The main reason is that some people will experience inflammation. That means this tissue will actually get much larger than it normally is. Obviously, if it is too big, you're going to get snoring when you breath.
