Insomnia Sleep Disorder

The insomnia sleep disorder is probably one of the hardest things for me to describe. It's something most people will never understand until they've actually experienced it. All I can say is that it is not being able to sleep, when you really want to. No matter how hard you try, it doesn't happen.

There are many types of insomnia...

Transient: This is insomnia that only last for a few nights to maybe a week. It's sort like the short term type of it.

Acute: This is when you have the insomnia sleep disorder for a period of many weeks and into months.

Chronic: This is the most severe type of insomnia that will end up lasting months to years. This is definitely the type you don't want to experience.

Here's a fun fact, the National Sleep Foundation shows that 58% of adults in the United States have experienced the symptoms of insomnia for a few nights a week; sometimes more.

It really shows you that there are a lot of people out there that have the insomnia sleep disorder and you probably wouldn't notice. They're among the walking zombies that are out there. They are the people you work with. They are the people you pass on the street. This is a real problem.
