Create a Sleep LogThis is a real easy thing you can do that doesn't add up a lot of time. You don't have to go into much detail. All you have to do is write down the time you hop into bed and the time you wake up in the morning. That's it.The reason you do this is to see if there is any sort of patterns that start to immerge. Are there days that you seem to need more sleep? What did you do on those days that were different? Did you eat something consistent to those days? It's really amazing what you can learn by having a log of sleep times. It seems insignificant at first, but once you have the data in front of you for months you can pick out the patterns. There are people that have taken these logs for a year and at that point you have a very consistent look at the way you sleep. If you try something different in your life, you can really get a great view on how it affects sleep. You might try a new diet and find yourself sleeping less. |
