Sleeping On A PlaneMost of us have flown and when the flight gets long it can be one of the hardest places for you to sleep. Cramped spaces and an extremely boring atmosphere, with people all around you making noise. I'm going to show you some things that may help you out.I've always been told that the isle seat is the best because you have much more room to stretch your legs. Well, I disagree. With the cart and people going by all the time, I'm kept awake. Not only that, but I have nothing to lean against. Window seats at the front are the best. If you can get the front row, you'll probably get more legroom since there is no chair in front of you. You also have the window to lean on which will make sleeping a lot easier. The back of the plan is the worst because you can't put your seat back. Good luck sleeping in that position. You'll also want to avoid the emergency seats because they often won't let you lean back to sleep because you have to be prepared. What I've done before a flight is purposely deprive myself at sleep. This ensures that when I'm in the air that I'll be just craving for sleep and no matter how bad the conditions are I'll still sleep. |
