Cardio For Insomnia

Basically the last form of exercise you have at your disposal is the cardio. This just means doing the same repetitive motions over and over again for a period of time.

Typically going out for a jog or run is good enough for most people. If you're not in the best shape, a walk will be sufficient.

There is another method that can help called HIIT; highly intense interval training. This type of exercise has shown to have a much bigger impact on the body in much less time. Basically, you have periods of high intensity and low intensity mixed into your cardio session.

That means you go 1 minute with high intensity, than 1 minute of walking. You can customize the numbers to fit better with where you are right now. This is pretty hard, so you only have to do it for 10-20 minutes.
