Hack Sleep is a site I've created to be a resource on everything to do with sleeping. I don't know about you, but I want to be able to take advantage of all aspects of my sleeping.
I want to know how to sleep better. I want to improve sleep quality. I used to suffer from insomnia and I want to show you how you can get past it. I want to hack my sleep in such a way that I can only sleep a few hours a night and still feel great. This site will show you how to sleep better. That is the entire point of this site to help you with anything related to sleep.

I feel like I have to show you how to sleep better. There are so many issues that people have and have been having for a long period of time.
