What to do About Snoring

I wanted to answer the question on what to do about snoring. There are a lot of people that snore and for them it isn't a big deal. When you're sound asleep when you do it, you're not conscious to hear it. It's the people around you that have to listen to it. They're the ones going nuts and aren't able to sleep. Most likely these are your loved ones. It's your wife. It's your children. You could even have a roommate you're aggravating with your snoring. It's time to deal with this problem once and for all. I'm going to show you what to do about snoring.

The reason that you snore is for one simple reason; vibration. Air travels down your throat and vibrates against loose tissue. Obviously there is vibrations when you're awake too, but when you're asleep your breathing patterns change to a very rhythmic style and that causes a physics phenomenon known as resonance. It just means that vibrations get larger and larger until you get sound. The main reason you get so much vibration is that your throat in constricted while you sleep and air can't go around loose tissue.

Here is what to do about snoring; jaw supporter. Snoring is actually caused by your jaw being open. That puts pressure on the throat and causes it to constrict. If you just close your jaw, the snoring will stop. The jaw supporter is just a headband that wraps around your chin and head. It holds the jaw closed and stops you from snoring.
