I wanted to take the time to talk to you about the ways to stop snoring naturally. You may not think that your snoring problems are that big of a deal, but ask the people around you. The typical physical breakdown of snoring is a person lying on their back with their mouth open. In this position, a piece of loose tissue in your throat is pulled down by gravity into the airway. This inevitably leads to vibration that creates the snoring sound. If you just roll onto your side, the tissue falls to the side too and the airways open up. There is a simple trick you can use to keep you rolled on your side. Sew a tennis ball into the back of a t-shirt. This way when you try to roll onto your back, the tennis ball will be in the way.

Another one of the ways to stop snoring naturally is a chin strap. When your mouth is open, it puts pressure on the throat and squeezes it. When there is less space for air, you get vibration that creates snoring sounds. A chin strap will wrap around the top of your head and your chin. It will hold it up, which causes your throat to expand and you'll have more air space.
