Tricks That Stop SnoringI wanted to share with you some tricks that stop snoring. A lot of people think that snoring is something difficult to fix. They think that they'll have to eat a healthy diet the rest of their life, instead of the delicious and unhealthy they eat now. A lot of people think that they have to exercise six days a week. Basically, people are scared that their life will be turned upside down. Everyone wants to stop snoring, but keep their current lifestyle. The good news is that this is a completely obtainable goal to have and there are many ways of achieving it. I'm going to show you some tricks that stop snoring.When you look at someone snoring, they're always on their back with their mouth wide open. If you could see their throat area, you'd see that gravity is pulling a piece of loose tissue into the airway. When the air goes by, you get vibrations - which are the sounds of snoring. All you have to do is roll onto your side and that tissue will fall to the side. This opens up your airway completely and stops snoring. Just sow a tennis ball into the back of your t-shirt and you'll never sleep on your back again. It's a very effective trick. Another one of my tricks that stop snoring is a jaw supporter. People that snore usually have their jaw open, which puts a lot of pressure on the throat. The pressure leaves less room for air to travel and that increases the chances of vibrations. A simple chin strap will hold up your jaw and open up your airways. This will make snoring next to impossible. March 27 2009
