Tips to Stop Snoring Fast

I wanted to share with you some tips to stop snoring fast. There are a lot of people that snore and a lot of the solutions out there are gradual. What that means is that your snoring will gradually improve over time and that's really not what most of us want. We are all looking for things that are relatively easy, require as little time as possible and provides the fastest results possible. That may seem like a lot to ask, but there are solutions available that can do this. You just have to invest a little time in setting it up and you're ready to go. I'm going to share with you some tips to stop snoring fast.

My first tip is really quite a simple one; sewing a tennis ball into the back of a t-shirt. Basically if you sleep on your side, you don't snore. The reason for this is due to a piece of loose tissue in your throat. When you're on your back, gravity pulls the tissue right into the airway. When you're on your side, gravity pulls it to the side and out of the way. The tennis ball in the back of the shirt is to prevent you from rolling onto your back in the middle of the night. With the tennis ball in the way, you'll just roll back onto your side.

Another one of my tips to stop snoring fast is something known as a jaw supporter. When you keep your jaw closed, the airways in your throat open up. The more space for air to travel, the less likely you'll have a snoring problem. The jaw supporter is a simple chin strap that holds your chin up while you sleep. It stops snoring the first night you use it.
