Stop Snoring Tricks

I wanted to share with you a few of the stop snoring tricks that I've learned over the years that can do a great job at solving this problem. It seems like people today snore much more than they did in the past. It may not be a problem for those that are doing it, but all the people around you that have to listen to it through the nights are the victim. You need to show that you have a little empathy and care about the people around you. Take the time to solve this problem and let other people sleep. I'm going to talk to you about the stop snoring tricks that I've discovered.

One of the most famous snoring solutions is the simple act of rolling onto your side while you sleep. Most people that snore are on their back. What happens in that situation is that gravity pulls a loose piece of tissue in your throat, right into the airway. This will cause vibrations that make the snoring sounds you hear. Rolling onto your side causes the tissue to fall to the side and out of the way. The problem is staying on your side all night. What you can do is sew a tennis ball into the back of a t-shirt that you wear to bed. You won't be able to roll onto your back while you're asleep.

Another one of my stop snoring tricks is the chin strap. Basically when you keep your jaw closed at night, the airways open up in your throat and it's next to impossible to snore. The problem is keeping your jaw closed. A chin strap is just a headband that you wear. It wraps around your jaw and the top of your head. It's really an easy way to keep your jaw closed.
