Snoring Devices that WorkI wanted to talk to you about the snoring devices that work. There are a lot of people out there that snore and there is absolutely no conventional wisdom on what you can do to fix the problem. It is really sad in a way. People know that they have to exercise and eat better if they want to lose weight, but if you asked someone about snoring they'd just stare back at you with a blank face. Our parents never taught us anything about snoring. We didn't learn anything about it when we were in school, so we really don't know what we can do about it. I'm going to show you the snoring devices that work. The first thing is quite a simple set up. It's a tennis ball sewed into the back of a t-shirt. Basically when you're snoring, you're flat on your back with your mouth wide open. The problem with this picture is that gravity pulls loose tissue in your throat, right in front of the airways. This will lead to vibrations and the snoring sounds. All you have to do is roll onto your side and this all can be avoided. The tennis balls serves to do this. When you try to roll onto your back, the balls will be in the way and you'll go back onto your side. It's simple and effective. Another one of the snoring devices that work is the chin strap. Having your mouth open will actually put pressure on your throat and cause it to constrict. When the throat is constricted, you're going to have much more vibration. You can avoid this completely by closing your mouth while you sleep. The chin strap holds your mouth closed as you sleep and stops you from snoring completely. April 22 2009
