I wanted to talk to you about power habits to stop snoring. There is quite literally a generation of people that don't know how to solve this problem. When it comes to weight loss, people know that they need to eat better and exercise, but snoring is something they're completely oblivious too. They weren't taught about it in school, they don't hear about it in their daily lives or on television, so they really don't know what to do about it. There are some drastic solutions to this problem that involve surgery, weight loss and things of this nature, but I have some very simple, but powerful habits to stop snoring.

The vast majority of people that snore actually breathe in their mouth. When you're asleep, your breathing patterns become much more rhythmic, which leads to resonating of tissue and snoring. What a lot of people don't understand is that breathing in your nose is a way to reduce snoring. Think of it this way; when you breathe in your mouth, air has to bend to go down the throat. When you breathe in your nose, air will go straight down your throat. This is definitely a better way to accomplish this.

Another one of the powerful habits to stop snoring is getting more sleep. What a lot of people don't understand is that snoring is a habit of fatigue. When you don't get enough sleep, you're going to end up snoring. Give yourself more time to sleep and you should do a lot better with your snoring.
