I want to help stop snoring for you. There are many people out there that are driving their wife, husband or roommate crazy because of their snoring problems. Sleep is important for the people around you. It helps them produce hormones which help deal with stress and keep them calm. The first thing you need to know is that snoring happens due to vibrations of loose tissue in your throat. When you go into sleep, your breathing patterns go into a rhythm and end up causing the vibrations that you don't get while you're awake. Avoiding the vibration comes through opening up your throat airways, so that there is much more room to go around the loose tissue in your throat. There are a number of ways of doing this, but the simplest way you can do it is by keeping your jaw closed.

To help stop snoring you just have to close your jaw. It takes pressure off your throat, opens up the airways and makes it difficult to snore. The real question is how you keep your mouth closed while you sleep. There is a snoring chin strap that you can wear. It's basically a headband that wraps around your chin and the back of your head.
