Anti-Snore Methods

I wanted to share with you some of the anti-snore methods that exist for you to use. Most people that snore will not look or even attempt a solution. They won't try to fix it and they probably won't invest a momentary thought into fixing it. The people around you have to listen to you make sounds all night long. Nothing is more annoying than snoring. You're putting the people around you into a shallow sleep and it makes them irritated. Fixing your snoring problems will benefit the people around you, but it will also benefit you too because they won't be irritated all the time and short with you. That's why I wanted to share with you some anti-snore methods that you can use.

The first method is simply rolling onto your side and sleeping like that. Most people that snore are lying right on their back and there is actually something physical that happens when you do this. There is a loose piece of tissue that is the back of your throat and when you're on your back, gravity pulls it into the airways. That is what leads to snoring. If you roll onto your side, the tissue falls to the side and the airways are open. A lot of people don't know how to keep themselves on their side while they sleep. Well, sew a tennis ball into the back of your t-shirt and if you try to roll on your back, you won't be able to.

Another anti-snore method that I've used personally is known as a chin strap. If your jaw is closed while you sleep, it causes the throat airways to expand. The more room that you have in your throat the more that snoring will be reduced. The shin strap will go around the back of your head and your jaw. It holds it in an upright position, making snoring harder.
